Managed IDM and Federated Single-sign on at Eastern Gateway
At the Member Meeting, IT leadership from Eastern Gateway Community College will present a round table discussion on their experiences with implementing Federated Identity and Single Sign-on through their recent pilot of software from Fischer International Identity. Fischer is an InCommon Federation Affiliate specializing in identity management, offering a low-cost, managed solution that provides institutions with an immediate entry-way to the InCommon Federation and without having to dedicate or hire skilled resources to deploy and manage a federation infrastructure.

Feb 13 OARtech Meeting
Eduroam: Secure federated wireless access
At the February meeting of OARtech, Philippe Hanset of Anyroam LLC will present an in-depth discussion of Eduroam. Eduroam is the secure worldwide federated network access service developed for the international research and education community, and Internet2 is working with Eduroam to integrate it into the Internet2 Net+ service offering as a federated IaaS solution. Mark Beadles will also discuss OARnet’s plans to integrate Eduroam for members.
